Juridical Analysis of Handling Homelessness and Beggar

Introduction: This research analyzes how to handle homelessness and beggars in Gorontalo city either by Indonesian Criminal Code or Regional regulation number 1 of 2018 concerning order handling approach.Purposes the Research: aims study analyze City using criminal code regulations local about approaching handling.Methods The method used this is Sociological Juridicial Method site was Social Society Empowerment Service Gorontalo, Municipal Police Government service station city, red light crossing Baiturrahim Mosque road Gelael building, Shopping center, central market, mall Crossing Bunda Hospital, some streets city.Results Handling process through (KUHP) quick investigation report, single law trial, prosecutor not mandatory present/investigator can act as court. regulates two penalties: administrative (article 30) 32), preventive efforts form emotional approach, coaching, making last returned their respective place.
